Hookthorn Cottage is a 6-sleeper, privately owned, cottage situated in the secure Hazey River Reserve which is situated on the R40 between White River and Hazyview on the shores of the Da Gama Dam.

Hookthorn is a 3 bedroom Cottage and comprises of two bedrooms with Queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds, open-plan lounge with Satellite Television, DVD player and an open fireplace. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with granite tops, splash pool with views of the Da Gama Dam. Covered braai area, undercover parking, and 24-hour security with internal patrols at night.

Hazey River Reserve also houses the well known 4-Star Hulala Lakeside Lodge which is within walking distance of Hookthorn Cottage and you are welcome to join the lodge for meals or have a drink in the famous Rock Inn Bar.
