	The luxury Summerfields Rose Retreat and Spa comprises a lodge, spa and restaurant, set on Summerfields Rose Farm. The farm is famous for its export quality hybrid tea roses, macadamia nuts, litchis and passion fruit. Breakfast and lunch is served at the fully licensed River Café, where there is also a lounge and library area with views over the Sabie River. Satellite television is available in the lounge area as well as free WiFi in the rooms. Dinner is served at The Summerfields Kitchen. Tented Suites Twelve exclusive tented suites under a canopy of Jackalberry and Tambotie trees on the banks of the Sabie River. Each luxurious suite ensures total privacy whilst relaxing on the deck with views of the Sabie River. Attention to detail is evident in every rose-variety suite, ensuring a memorable experience, with specially designed furniture, percale linen and the tantalizing fragrance of fresh cut roses from the farm. All units are air-conditioned with additional roof fans, have double vanities, an outdoor shower and a luxury bath, and are stocked with quality toiletries, and a private fridge for the comfort of guests. Forest Room The timber suite is substantially bigger than the tented suites. This open-plan suite is ideal for honeymooners, writers, artists, travelers seeking inspiration and a getaway from urban life, and the discerning guest seeking a little more comfort than most. Facilities include airconditioning & heating, full complementary mini-bar, a full opening front door, a covered and open patio with loungers, a desk for working and reading emails, a coffee station with a Nespresso machine, a reading area, mosquito net over the bed, double-walled timber construction with a timber roof (shingles), luxurious linen sheets, and a beautiful interior by Weylands, Cape Town. Fine Dining Summerfields Kitchen has earned a reputation as a gourmet establishment and a must-visit whilst touring the Lowveld. An unique dining experience lending itself to interaction between chef and customers, be it for a lazy weekend breakfast, light lunch, hearty dinner or sundowners on the deck. Both Summerfields Kitchen and River Café were winners in the prestigious 2016 World Luxury Restaurant Awards. Guided tours of the farm and rose tunnel are available on request. Tour includes main course lunch and gift. Roses are also on sale to the public.
