Gannet Place offers 31 tastefully appointed rooms, with quality finishes and all the comforts one would expect. All rooms have ample built in cupboards so that you can unpack and feel at home. There are also dressing tables with mirrors, hair dryers, tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridges, heaters, air-conditioners, and DSTV.  All rooms have en-suite batrooms with showers. Two rooms also have spa baths. Some rooms with a private balcony/patio.

Six units also have a smal kitchenett for self-catering guests.

Fully equipped Conference and Banqueting Centre at Gannet Place, can accommodate up to 100 guests in air-conditioned comfort.

Set in a secure and suburban environment with ample parking space, the venue is suitable for Weddings, workshops, team building and training purposes. A projector and plasma TV's are available.
